PREMIERSHIP player Dean Murphy is unlikely to play for Brock-Burrum again this season.
While Murphy made a surprise appearance for the Saints’ reserves against Murray Magpies, officials said it was a one-off with the star defender back on the Border for the weekend.
The club tried to lure Murphy back from Melbourne when brothers Liam and Ryan Johnson departed on the eve of the season, but was unsuccessful.
Kylin Morey is easing his way back to fitness after heart problems with Brock-Burrum hoping he will be available in the second-half of the season.
He played in the reserves a fortnight ago.
